Structural Features of Large Outdoor Milk Storage Tanks:

The equipment has a cylindrical shape, with the inner chamber of the tank that comes into contact with the material made of SUS304-2B stainless steel. The outer cladding can be made of SUS304-2B stainless steel with weld seam passivation treatment or coated corrugated plates, according to user requirements. The side of the tank is equipped with a ladder, and the top features a stainless steel guardrail (with a walkway), a breathing valve, and a rotating spray head. The lower part of the tank has an indoor work chamber, which includes an elliptical manhole, a high-speed propeller agitator, inlet and outlet ports, a thermometer, a pressure transducer, a sampling valve, and a cleaner. The space between the inner and outer walls of the tank is filled with insulation material (rock wool or polyurethane foam as per customer requirements).
